Banana Smoothie without Yogurt and Milk



  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 4 dates
  • 1 1/2 cups water


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Process until smooth. This usually takes between 30 seconds and a minute depending on your blender.
  3. Serve immediately.
